We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and perfect pillows. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a good variety of options including pastries, cereals, and bread. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, right next to the main train station and within walking distance of other amenities.

We found the location of this venue ideal as it was in a quiet neighbourhood and outside of the city centre but still easily accessible by metro. It was great that there was a shopping centre nearby with plenty of choices for food. The amenities provided were impressive such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and shuttle service to the airport. There were also television, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV provided in the room along with the mini-bar and ironing facilities.
We did have some issues with the staff at the reception desk as they were sometimes unhelpful and tried to cheat us when we paid for additional services. Nevertheless, despite this, we would recommend this hotel to anyone as it was a nice place to stay with a comfortable bed, great amenities, and good services at a reasonable price.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The location was great, being near the underground and just a short walk to the metro station. It made it really convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and the staff was very helpful and polite. They made my experience even better. The breakfast provided a wide array of options, including some delicious cakes. It was a great way to start my day. I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, just 20 minutes by subway to the famous Duomo. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel itself was new and comfortable. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome.
